Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Your personal data is processed in order to maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:

The processing is legitimised under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER‘s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.

How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or while legal obligations require its retention. Once it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing. In such cases, data may be shared with service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The USER has the following rights:

- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, as well as the right to restriction of or objection to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs users that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services supplied will fully meet your needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
